Khadi & Co…at Merci, Paris

mercimerci

The great concept store Merci, located in The Marais district of Paris – currently has a wonderful selection of items created by Bess Nielsen for her brand, Khadi & Co.

Upon entering the store, you’ll be greeted with an impactful display of ten white dresses, floating in the main atrium.

Khadi, a textile that is spun and woven by hand, has a beautiful weightlessness to it (and is especially lovely in the dotted indigo pieces).

The selection of Khadi & Co at Merci includes Dresses, kurtas, shirts, scarves and linens and is most certainly worth stopping by if you happen to find yourself in Paris.

Valentino….So Hot Right Now!!!!!

owenweb3915

This morning at Valentino had to be one of the best runway moments of all time.

What a great way to bring Paris fashion week to a close!

If you haven’t seen the actual video scroll down and watch the live streaming we posted on the site earlier this morning. It still makes me laugh to watch the surprise at the end!!

A Smaller Paris…With Cinq-S!

cinqparisweb

Paris is the most important Fashion Week AND the most daunting because the shows are often held so far apart from each other.

The good side of that, is that you get to see parts of Paris you may never have discovered otherwise.

The downside is, you spend most of your time getting from one location to the next.

Thanks to Cinq-S, my Paris seemed a little smaller this time around.

And with their sunroof, I’ve been able to see a whole new view of Paris as it passes overhead..
