I totally agree that it’s pure Carrie Bradshaw – but the shoes aren’t working for me, I’m afraid.

Yes, I agree about the shoes, and I love how you end by saying that it’s ok – much better than being boring and predictable!

Useful tip I`ll try to practice myself, less and meaningful better than more and empty.

I would not call it “Buddhist”, I would rather call it “Northern Indian”. That’s what it looks like to me.

Absolutely, this is called a salwar kameez, there is also a sort of scarf called a dupatta that is worn with the ends on the back.

This very pleasant to wear under hot and humid climates.

EXACTLY! Sure, if it were me( which is such a stupid way to think when looking at someone else) I would have just worn the dress, and probably some platform wood soled sandals. In fact, that is what almost EVERYONE would have worn….which is what makes this girl so many times cooler then all of us.

I love the dress and her hair, but I find that the matching pants make it a bit too folklore-ish for NY. In Morocco, at the beach, on an island it would look more in place.

Beautiful woman. Either the top, the bottom, or the shoes, but not all together or they become an exaggerated cliche of the 70s.
