Wow! That color is AMAZING, and her hair as well as the dress are so 1940s or Katharine Hepburn, I can’t decide – love the silky top, the high waistline, dramatic black ruffles, and extra long black cuffs. I’m swooning. XO

I think I have already seen this picture on your Instagram and thought she looked amazing. It’s as if the luminosity of her satin dress was reflecting on her face. Obvs, I would have this impression if you didn’t take the picture so greatly :D.

Wow. Love the colors, and the whole new way to wear black fingernails. With the nod to Joan Crawford in the hair/eyebrows, she’s elegant with an edge and even some humor.

What a beautiful look on a beautiful lady!

I love the details on the dress.
It appears the bodice and sleeves are made from the “right” shiny side; while the skirt is fashioned from the “wrong” dull side of silk charmeuse fabric.
The high contrast color scheme+ ruffles on the chest reminds me of Edwardian fashion. It’s as if a bourgeois woman fell into a time warp and ended up in 2016. She lost her hat along the way, thus her disheveled hair. ;-)

Lioness. Way, way too intimidating for the timid likes of me. Of course, I am always attracted to that illusion of strength. Now there is some tension for you all to consider, lust and fear. Oh yeah, great outfit, very nice photo.

I thought Joan Crawford – the arrogant expression, elegant clothing and bad-ass attitude.

I can certainly see Joan Crawford there. Plus the lipstick and the hair. This women is alot warmer and more youthful, of course.

Thats something. Not a lot of people would be compared to both Joan Crawford and Laura Ingalls. She makes an impression!
