whats up with his leg muscle?

    • Karen Orr

      September 10, 2013 at 12:41 pm

This is my uncle, William Cook Wilkinson.

As a freshman at Davidson College, he was drafted into the U.S. Army and sent to Europe. The damage to the leg is a war wound.

This photograph was taken on Pawleys Island, South Carolina during the summer of ’44.

The lady in the previous Pawleys photo is WCW’s sister and my mother, Katherine Robinson Wilkinson Orr.

Sarah, what “look” do you mean? I was actually wanting to comment about the body figure… is it genetic or a evolution of the human male body that changed (it’s barely 100 years since those photos were taken :)) or is the culture now only accepting fuller bodies?

Is it the culture back then that accepted men’s body’s to be just normal and unpuffed? Isn’t that so much better?

The Spaniel on the right is the same dog of the former picture. Same day, same white, same seaside, same great style! Were they sibs, or husband-and-wife (a kind of)? Who taked the pictures? Soo beautiful!

The people in the two Pawleys Island, South Carolina photographs are my mother, Katherine Robinson Wilkinson Orr and my uncle William Cook Wilkinson. They are sister and brother. The photos were taken during the summer of ’44.

I very much enjoyed the lovely comments about my family. Thanks so much, y’all.

This is how a man supposes to look not like this with 1000 earrings and tattoos. Maybe our millennials should start looking at this pictures and realize that to be good looking is more than piercings.

It is also counterproductive to eat great caloric meals like pasta and rice.
You should stick to vegetables and healthy and balanced grains after exercises to ensure that you get the most fiber and minerals in your everyday diet plan.
