My trip to Bali was a highlight of the year for me.  I’m very proud of the street work I did there and it reinforces my commitment to real street style photography.

Next week I will post images from my recent trip to Morocco.  I always think the blog is at its best when I post cultural dress alongside images from an event like Pitti Uomo.

Next week will be a great start to 2014.

    The photos you’ve posted so far from Morocco remind me of my own amazing trip there last spring. And they remind me of how much I miss my son who will be finishing his Peace Corps work there in just a few months!

    Looking forward to those upcoming posts!

    Your newer trend towards street photography creates a new ‘social awareness’ window that is just as hip as what is found in the current trends of street fashion.

    This shot feels so relaxed. The girl’s pose, the subdued colors, the attitude of pleasant weariness. She obviously works hard.

    Can’t believe I’ve had to wait a full 10 days for a new image. I must have a serious sartorialist habit!! (c;

    Looking forward a bumper year.

    As this child worker has given you the opportunity to catch a beautiful shot, I hope you also returned something for her.

      why do you think she is a child worker?
      All I saw her doing was running around the different stalls, talking to people and buying candy. She seemed very happy.
