Well, the pattern is very nice, but I couldn’t wear something which sweeps the ground…

Gazelle legs. I imagine her heels are incredibly high! – (they will still get ripped

Gazelle legs! I bet her heels are incredibly high – although her hems will still get ripped as they are too long.

My comment got a bit muddled and duplicated there! You get the idea – trousers too long – legs more Bambi than human.

Hmmm – Am I the only one who sees hooves?

I see a real hazard here… tripping on your trousers. Think of all the dirt you’re sweeping. I’d like the length taken up to where you could, at least, see the toe of your shoes.

Great way of prolonging the legs optically. The colors and patern with a seems-to-be simple grey coat… good choice

Love the pants and the coat and the way they combine. However, it’s a pity that the trousers weren’t tailored to show off what I imagine would be a great shoe. Missed opportunity of the wearer (were they in a rush to show off the trousers?) and it looks sloppy to me.

Love the pant, but the length is laughable. I see women on the streets on NYC and Chicago who wear their pants at this length and in addition to becoming tattered and torn, they end up being sponges for the sludge of the city. Revolting.

I don’t care for it at all. I don’t like the pattern or the hooves.

We are all crazy about fashion …I know me too ..but seeing this in fashion shows or in magazine is one thing..and walking cleaning the streets very courageous ..she needs to buy several example,,I believe the material will be finished after 1-2 days…fashion is made to be enjoyable,,, so if she is happy to make a statement ..who we are to judge:)

You have posted many photos of pants that drag on the ground and completely cover shoes. I guess it is a style, but it looks ridiculous, not to mention highly impractical. Can’t understand the gushing comments about them. Do you delete all critical posts? Or is it the “Emperor’s Clothes” syndrome? Great photos though!

I like the idea of trousers covering heels. It often looks really cool. Here, the trousers are a bit too long for my taste. But I like the colours and texture.

I agree with Kate B from above, this is simply ridiculous, I hope this trend will be over soon.

She must really have something against her shoes.

How simple ‘twoud be to simply rinse the sludge off the bottoms of her snappy twousers. Cannot understand how some people appear so offended! OMG how do they cope with the soles of their shoes?

Yes, wiping sludge is manageable but the repairing and sewing involved would stress me out.

One of the givens with really long pants is that the hems will get raggedy–it’s part of the look. All of my bootcut and flared jeans are tattered or missing a chunk of fabric at the back of the hem…

The pants length is a bit like clothing for stilt-puppets.
