Ohmygod, is that Ruby Keeler reborn? I just know that at any moment she’ll throw off that magnificent wrap, toss the bags and start tap dancing in just the taffeta underneath. Yes, in the boots.

love this completely – the layers are marvelous in their different textures and the small head look with that cute hat pulls it all into proportion.
