Yes, so true! My tailor says he does good business altering mens clothing to fit, “Elegant women, the ones who love the best wool.”

Love the heavy grey socks with brown suede loafers–such a subtle, warm look. And I’m really missing my big old tweed coat from the ’80s…

That’s very, very beautiful. Can’t make out the material of his valise/carry-case.

Yes! This coat looks allmost exactly like my retro tweed coat. More tweed, please. And the world will be a better place because everybody will feel comfy. Tweed, tweed, tweed, tweed! Greet!

    Hello Scott

even the wall fits to the Outfit you have a good eye for the detail and this is hard to find at Pitti as we see to much clowns since a few seasons.

A neutral palate; relaxes the mind, devoid of distraction. Its visual cue may signify that of having created a context in which human interaction becomes inviting, made easeful, and valued more than for the act of drawing attention to the self. Maybe, it’s a style or non-style trait that is passed from generation to generation.

Classic, yet very clean and fresh; it’s really hard to wear these type of clothes without looking old fashioned, but he definitely pulls it of! Just wish the gloves matched the shoes…a nice pair of woolen gloves would do nicely, too.

Great pic and colours! I’m so glad that you have not show copious pics of Italian dandys dressing up as 1930′s cosa nostra in fedoras and overcoats draped over shoulders! I have been to Firenzi many times for Pitti Uomo and this is a serious trade show that I feel is now being hijacked by many Sartorialist imitators who only photograph the same bunch of guys and do not get under the skin of the show its self. This trade show pulls people from the 4 corners of the earth please please show more of these and lets get away from the Nick Wooster et al images. Cheers
