I appreciate the fact that Stella McCartney refuses to use any animal hide or fur, yet the fake fur she uses actually looks very luxurious.

Oh my, the crochet flower dress is magnificent. It’s a work of art.

    Love. Everything.

The presumably faux fur jacket is scrumptious. And those cuffed trousers are lovely.

A perfect look! Black and white outfits are stylish and works on any occasion.

Nice photo diary, Scott! Kind of reminds me of Margiela. Kudos to McCartney for being a faux fur trailblazer…. =)

At last! Nice clothes that one might like to wear. Many of the shows for the season have been completely unwearable.

Although the trend for too long trousers is a mystery to me (i.e. it neither looks great, nor is practical – except for sweeping floors maybe), I really do love Stella McCartney’s collection. I have been her fan for years.

This is a woman designer who knows what women want to wear. Her clothing is modern, innovative and edgy but functional. This is the fine line that must be balanced, McCartney has the sharpest edge on this point.

I like her designs, but her clothes are so poorly fitted. Look at all those saggy busts. And I hate the dragging hemlines. They just look awkward and annoying to wear.

So, seventies will be with us even next F/W, great! I love those pants!

Doesn’t fake fur still perpetuate the myth that wearing the skin of an animal on your back is glamorous? Perhaps more sincere not to have any fur at all, fake or otherwise.

I think this show is insipired by CĂ©line collection, the cut, the look, many things. It’s not bad collection but isn’t a really new vision of women’s clothes. … But some kind of pieces still interessted.

I loved Stella’s show so much ! She managed to create her typical looks and others very sophisticated. Good job Stella !
