Love the proportions of a slim-fitting top with a full skirt. Like he rhair and glasses too.

Absolutely. Its a genius outfit, but the glasses are what makes it extra. Its like a smart, studious princess.

Cute, love the skirt. If she would have worn a pair of simple back pumps, I would have been inlove.

    • Jeremiah

      February 18, 2014 at 10:57 am

Totally disagree! The docs perfect this.

    • tallulah

      February 18, 2014 at 4:38 pm

I disagree. Why make her originality into a cliche echoing Audrey Hepburn. The DM’s are fantastic.

    • Martine

      February 19, 2014 at 2:26 am

Nah. The docs are perfect. You need to balance something this girly, or you will look like you’re in costume. The hair, the docs, the glasses all do their part to keep her from looking like an estrogen explosion.

    • Sara

      February 20, 2014 at 5:30 am

The docs are the kick, without them she’d be some boring yawnnnnnn type of fashion bladibla!

If somerset wouldn’t right now bring up pictures of flooded farmland, the mental image here really should be some kickass countrylife. And yeah, for that you can leave your black pumps at home!

She looks very beautiful with that, even with the short hair! OMG, the dress suits her nicely. I love the flowers patterns, so colourful but not too much, makes me so relaxed. Really niiceeee

    • Monsieur Marcel

      February 18, 2014 at 11:23 am

I think it’s BECAUSE of the short hair: Really brings out the volumes and florals of her skirt.

    • tallulah

      February 18, 2014 at 4:36 pm

I could not, with respect, disagree more. Her hair is perfection and showcases her style and beauty amazingly.

    • martine

      February 19, 2014 at 2:31 am

Her hair is beautiful all on its own, its cut very flattering, and its pretty and shiny. It also works perfectly with this style, but I am sure many others.

This is modern twist a la Audrey in Roman Holiday.

Love the man shoes and lavender socks matching the lavender flower on the skirt. Her gamine hair, long neck, nerd glasses, and semi-fitted boat neck top are perfect compliment to the feminine skirt.

Love this unposed/unselfconscious photo. A perfect “perfect” moment being caught.

So elegant. She is adorable and so chic. The tough DMs perfectly contrast the femininity of the skirt. I wonder if she is trying to give us a bit of insight into her personality. I hope so, because I’d love to know her…..

So happy to not see her phone in the photo.

The beauty of fashions is that she is giving us insight into her personality without even trying simply by wearing this, yes?
