who says outfits should be so expected: chanel for chanel, etc. where would the fun be? :)
October 3, 2012 at 2:12 pm
I want a beard like this! Coolio!
Why? Just because is “Valentino” written on them?

Really!. Comfortable dressing myself without having to rely on what a designer puts a name to. Found my own “style” after mu Mom stopped dressing me.

Missing the point. First, these are not yet available in stores. Second, nice color combination.
November 13, 2012 at 4:12 pm
I know exactly what you mean by that! When it comes to style, he could have worm Pumas, Adidas, or which ever brand, as long as it pulled the look together as he did here (with the briefcase of course).
October 3, 2012 at 2:16 pm
Love the expression of the guy with nice sneakers!
October 3, 2012 at 11:36 pm
I agree, although I don’t find those sneakers to be anything special.
If they were an average brand or even high street they would be much less popular.
Just the fact that they are Valentino manages to sell them.
October 3, 2012 at 2:17 pm
I want those! Valentino is amazing! Chanel is epic.

unusual but special :)
October 3, 2012 at 2:21 pm
What a nice color scheme that I’d like to see on a more brands, especially more streetwear ones.
October 3, 2012 at 2:27 pm

Can we talk about the coordinated briefcase?! So freaking adorable together and with the suit. Loving his look- so comfortable as well!
October 3, 2012 at 3:44 pm
The man with beard makes a typical italian gesture! :D
Anyway, nice sneakers but AMAZING suit!!
October 3, 2012 at 3:54 pm

October 3, 2012 at 4:19 pm

October 3, 2012 at 4:25 pm

Love the moment captured here – great expressions.

Nice colours but when it comes to trainers – it’s ‘ONITSUKA’ Tigers all the way for me. I nearly died laughing when a woman told me, without a hint of irony, that her trainers were from Hermes!
October 3, 2012 at 4:57 pm
I like the suit better.
October 3, 2012 at 5:51 pm
I searched for those shoes, and can’t find them… Does anyone have any leads?
October 3, 2012 at 6:39 pm
Thank you for posting this photo, I’m CAMOUFLAGE addicted ….. wonderful shoes ….. for the new Valentino bag …. every man should have one!!!

The sneakers look like standard-issue running shoes save for the word “Valentino” on them. I guess if that kind of brand thing is your thing, it’s cool. The blue suit and the bearded dude’s look, however, are great.
October 3, 2012 at 6:56 pm
OK.This person knows very well what elegance means.
October 3, 2012 at 8:10 pm
Love the look of the guy with the iPad. That’s a level of style I aspire to, but seem to fall a wee bit short.
Thanks for the inspiration.
October 3, 2012 at 10:02 pm
I love his ankle!
October 3, 2012 at 11:25 pm
Oh, oh, I miss French men.. I’m a bit surprised by the straight matching of the shoes and the bag, but I think it works a bit, paired with the classic suit and the contrasting nature–briefcase/bag + sneaks?
Either way, he’s certainly superior to the bow-tied and sweltered look of his compatriot.. I’m so bored with these kitschy getups!

cool shoot and I like the fact that the sneakers match the briefcase ;-)
October 4, 2012 at 7:39 am
I’ve commented on the man on the right before…I see he cut his hair shorter much better …now on to the beard….unless it’s his fetish??
October 4, 2012 at 8:08 am
The sneakers are from next season – S/S 2013, which explains why no one has been able to find them. I’ve already booked a pair as they are pure genius. If they were just simply a pair of sneakers then, no, I wouldn’t pay for the name. But these are more, just brilliant.
October 5, 2012 at 9:55 am
Great look. Rugged, timeless
October 7, 2012 at 7:37 am
The guy on the rught looks like Zach Galifianakis,or is it just me?
October 7, 2012 at 8:23 am
It’s easy ‘shock’ trick: sporty boots with a suit. And it is chaeap and bad trick too. Do not look balanced in reality. Makes feets look like bubbles. Distracting colours. Those sneakers would make nice pop art picture on the wall… When the only rule is good look & good taste this do not qualify. If the rule is ‘hot trend’… maybe. The choice is yours.
October 8, 2012 at 1:35 pm
I want those sneakers, dammit
October 8, 2012 at 7:17 pm
The definition on “hipster”.
October 12, 2012 at 12:02 pm
Orribili, come (quasi) tutte le scarpe da ginnastica.

Besides the clothes, I love the moment in the conversation that is caught here. The look on the sneaker guy’s face and the gesture by the guy I think is Angelo Flaccavento (his beard and pen give him away… I actually really enjoy his sorta signature aesthetic). Great pic!
July 24, 2014 at 8:53 am
The olive folio and the face rug oh.!
July 24, 2014 at 8:56 am
The suit, the bow tie, the cardigan and yes the matching folio and trainers (so manly)
