I’m really digging these short bob haircuts these days. Loving the harajuku infused outfit, which is quite unexpected but works so well on her.
Wandering Minds clothing
the lighting is just amazing! how romantic!
Rock n roll fairy.
I dig the spunk.

The picture is amazing. Because the model is beautiful and looks behind the image of Tribeca, a wonderful neighborhood.
Great job, Scott.

I would not have chosen those shoes and socks with that dress
and I also wonder about combination dress backpack
but put it all together with the Tribeca truck and you end up with an awesome photo
is photography not extraordinary?

Ethereal with an edge. A brilliant contradiction in terms and a little alliteration to boot.
Love this look.

Wow, very nice juvenile face ! Very nice light. Nice legs, nice day, nice shoes, nice skin, nice background. Nice very personal clothes. Very nice photo.
May 22, 2012 at 9:31 am
She gives the air of Scarlette Johanson…
May 22, 2012 at 9:33 am
This young lady looks like a modern day Botticelli painting (birth of Venus). She is radiant. The softness of her dress against the masculine brogues is pure style. Beautiful shot.
interesting layering…I’m not a fan of the socks/shoes, but I’m digging the floral top under the chiffon.
Adorable….a young star!
May 22, 2012 at 9:39 am
I absolutely love the lighting in this photo. She looks angelic.

This girl is precious. Adore the soft pale pink flowy shirt and skirt together coupled with the heavy black saddle shoes. Great juxtaposition!

May 22, 2012 at 11:06 am
Its like Tinkerbell decided to visit the real world and packed her stuff into a backpack. I just can’t get over the perfect lighting and her pretty, pretty pale hair.

The shoes, rugged backpack, and roughed-up hair are perfect with the dress–they keep it from being saccharine.

Such a nice shot. The colours are amazing.

Unless she’s no older than 12 … There’s something odd about women wanting to dress like baby dolls and little girls dressed up like adults in beauty pageants.

May 22, 2012 at 5:53 pm
Lovely outfit – I like the pairing of the dress with the shoes and backpack, very unexpected :)
May 22, 2012 at 6:07 pm
Devil or angel? Can’t make up my mind. Her beautiful blouse and skirt look like they came from American Apparel?
May 23, 2012 at 12:53 am
Yes, a lovely photograph. But those shoes, really? I love the shape and texture of the skirt and dress, even though they’re the color of washed out bras.
Also, ditch that stupid backpack if you’re going to wear that outfit.

I adore this photo~~the contrast of her beautiful porcelain skin with the punk rock bleached bob is divine.
May 23, 2012 at 8:28 am
While I love your work and visit your blog daily with my morning coffee, I’m wondering why you very rarely have fashionable women in their 40′s and older as your subject? I imagine that there are creative trend setters in this category who could inspire. In my mid-40′s I am as interested in fashion as ever and wanting to ever hone my own style. Thanks for the view and the pulse!

This outfit is so adorable. Definitely suit this lady here..
May 23, 2012 at 9:34 am
My buttons are jealous – she’s out-cuted them
May 23, 2012 at 10:20 am
My girlfriends and I noticed this young girl in the West Village on Friday night and commented on her sense of style at such a young age. It’s just lovely to see. The oxfords make the look!
May 23, 2012 at 12:20 pm
SO sweet. She looks like a modern ballerina :)
May 23, 2012 at 8:09 pm
Love her look!!
May 23, 2012 at 8:57 pm
With all due respect to the CW and AnnaSophia Robb, THIS is how I picture a young Carrie Bradshaw.
May 24, 2012 at 1:10 am
Amazing, so quircky.
May 24, 2012 at 1:21 am
The lighting you have captured on that beautiful face is beyond angelic. One of my favorites of yours.

Considering she looks exactly like I did at age nine, I have to ask “Where’s the party?’
May 26, 2012 at 12:01 am
Check out the hands on that girl.
May 26, 2012 at 6:59 am
Don’ t love this look at all. She looks dull and messy.
May 28, 2012 at 2:47 am
She looks so adorable, love her outfit!
May 28, 2012 at 10:40 am
I love the lighting!
I’m also loving the fact that there’s been less of the cross-legged, I-am-important-on-my-cell-phone look on your blog lately. This shot is really honest and just…right.
May 28, 2012 at 6:59 pm
Ah the hair, the fresh face, and the clothes. Beautiful.
May 29, 2012 at 4:59 am
I am not fun of the style but , i think that is really really fashionable .
May 30, 2012 at 9:36 pm
She’s so confident in the picture. The outfit just works! New Yorkers have such a natural easiness when it comes to style. I need to visit again and bask in all of it again…sighhh
June 1, 2012 at 5:31 am
That looks like so beautiful!

The Tribeca Taco Truck!
June 2, 2012 at 10:57 pm
I really like her hair, but she is a total American Apparel ad. Everything she is wearing is American Apparel. I am guessing she works there? But downtown? That’s all you came up with? How boring.
June 5, 2012 at 4:03 pm
Awesome, i have the petticoat and often get trapped looking like a bimbo or a 5 year old. great new ideas. romantic with a boyish twist. thx!
June 8, 2012 at 9:18 pm
LOVE LOVE LOVE this little fairy!
June 10, 2012 at 8:42 pm
Lovely! She looks like a fairy. She is light-skinned.
I wonder how old she is!
June 12, 2012 at 10:32 pm
Is this the same girl?
Her style is so adorable. Love the studded wrist band and the hint of a neon crop top?

Love the contradictions in this photo, the young pure face, flakey pink dress, large competent hands – this girl’s style is no accident.

Ruby! I took pre-college classes with her at FIT.
July 15, 2012 at 9:40 am
Lovely, a very natural and confident feel. The setting and angle of this shot is perfect, her look couldn’t be better.

While I cherish your work and visit your blog every day with my morning espresso, I’m asking why you once in a while have stylish ladies in their 40′s and more established as your subject? I envision that there are inventive innovators in this classification who could motivate. In my mid-40′s I am as inspired by mold as ever and needing to ever sharpen my own particular style. A debt of gratitude is in order for the view and the beat!
