Vintage Photo

This is a photograph of my elegant grandmother, Beverly, taken in a fabric store (she was a skilled seamstress herself) during the 60s in Los Angeles.
Aren’t the colors amazing?

You know I really respect how in American/Western culture a woman’s strength was shining even back in the 60s. Coming from South Asia, it’s still such a struggle.
