The first shorts outfit is adorable. It reminds me of an outfit of the day we recently featured (but with zebras)
The second one is beautiful and sophisticated. Love it! That Iris Apfel style necklace is awesome.
I feel the first look is a successful bit of whimsy if one likes that sort of thing, but I’ve never understood shorts or a short skirt and these body engulfing sweaters or jackets. If it’s really still to cold to fully embrace spring; save the shorts for later. This oversize sweater and statement necklace would have worked so much better with a tailored red or orange skirt or even a fiery bright plaid if one is feeling kicky.
Is the sweater of the woman on the third photo really too big or is it just the wrong-size-oversize-right-size look? Anyway, I like the sweater and the fact that it looks like oversize…
But why must almost everybody stare into his or smartphone? It seems to me that so many people have become the slaves of their small electronic devices. These things determine the behaviour of their owners that makes me frightened…
Despite my personal distance from fashion, I love to see your view of people on streets throughout the world that do have a personal connection with fashion. Perhaps someday I’ll advance myself beyond jeans and a t-shirt.
The second photo — my first reaction was “Joni Mitchell” quickly followed by a feeling that I was looking at something from the 1960s. Timeless look.
I am particularily taken by the second girl. The warm, chunky sweater says “practical girl” while the shorts say “bring on summer!” She could be the main character in a film with her quiet, sweet look.
