Love the colorful plaid popping from the naturally neutral background. And the neon sneakers just work! I’m wearing milkmaid braids today on my blog too…they’re the best hairstyle for summer heat! Great picture!

What an amazing dress. Even with the limelight yellow of the sneakers and the colors of the dress, there’s a relaxed softness to her outfit. Very well played.

I really love that bike…really love it! Such a great vintage aesthetic, just like her dress…also liking that the dress, bike, and hairstyle have this subtle menswear appeal…and yet biking in a dress is so female.

It all works so well together; the simple braid, the soft colours of her dress and the bright, neon yellow shoes. She looks as though she has a busy day of errands ahead of her, maybe lunch with friends. She does this with understated style. Great bike too..

I’m so loving this plaid shift dress…even if it’s paired with neon green Kids. (What was with all those Olympian sprinters in matching neon sneakers? That was a bit unsettling.) Anyhow great look, right down to the pinned up braids.

The dress is cute, whatever, I don’t care, but that bike, my GOD that bike! WHY don’t we have bikes like that in LA? You go to the bike stores here and all they have are ugly cruisers with flowers on them and bike for athletes, which I am not. That bike is a bike for fashionable ladies. Fashionable ladies like myself.
