Points from me, just because of the sheer drama of the ensemble. This look requires total confidence in ones self. Powerful, mistress of the universe vibe. I’d invite her for tea, but she’d probably smile and walk away. Have a good day , Madam.
First , ironing is a thing.
Second I am not usually a fan of a decade revival having been there done it. But I am always amazed there is not more acknowledgment of how stylish young street wear is directly proportional to what is available in the previously worn clothes market.
Third , great look overall , her simple hair makes it for me.
Forth, ironing is a thing .
The top of this look isn’t too bad… The bottom half is awful! No sense of proportion: looks like she just threw on someone else’s clothes in a hurry. Plus, that clutch she has does nothing to salvage her look…
idont see any eighties ,maybe in the collar form and jacket a bit miami vice gone bio , but in all more a sculptural or joseph beuys approach to the concept.. the boots also. altogether it feels like the lady needs help or the designer of this jonathan demme big suit re- concept.
