This is going to sound silly but this is VERY Diane Von Furstenberg, it looks like how she dresses everyday. Even the hair is so her. It’s like lots skinny Diane Von Furstenberg walking down the runway.
I agree with both of you, that’s why DVF is one my favorites fashion designer. Their outfits are so feminine and boring (laughing), just like me. But I don’t buy DVF no more. She is producing in China. May I say more…
In one way or another, yes. But this looks like Dianes own style. Certainly not all designers collections are an extension of their own style. In fact think how certain designers( no names need be mentioned) who have very flamboyant collection dress in very simple monochromatic outfits. This is a wonderfully tasteful collection. Personally, I am fine with clothing made in China. I prefer things made in the USA, but I don’t limit myself to them. And I have no interest in European economy. I think they deserve the mess they are all in.
LOVE DVF! She can do no wrong. Her style is always effortless and her mix of patterns and colors is so flawlessly beautiful! Anyone can feel beautiful in one of her dresses! LOVE this new collection!
the last look is the best, the colors are fantastic, and the cut is beautiful. the model however is just way too thin, the chest bone look is not the best, middle ground between her and sara carbonero would be best.
For me the third one is by far the best look of the whole New York fashion week, I love the colors, the fabric and the amazing cut of the jacket http://myvintagecurves.it
This is really amazing fashion flare! I love the first one, looks so beautiful with that bright colors of my choice. I promise to get one once out on sale. I just love your collection; so elegant, keep up!
Fashion is about re-inventing certain basic elements with style, and the designer has a “voice” like a singer or poet. These are very DVF, but more importantly, they are very elegant and timeless and fresh, and that quality of making the viewer feel a bit freer and less burdened upon seeing them.
I need to say more. The blue and white is like a Miro which breathes like the Mediterranean light across water. The middle ochre is pure early Marakech like ’71.

aren’t all fashion lines just extensions of the designer?
