My cousins and I decided, (ironically) that this must be where our fashion sense came from since I still can’t get over my uncle wearing a fur collar coat. Their daily uniform consists of flannels, Woolrich trousers and a pint of Guinness.

I love this picture, it reminds me of my dad in the early 1970s in London, the hair, the moustache and big scruffy coats.

Oh, a pint of Guinness always goes with something knitted, hand-knitted of course. Of course, a Guinness naturally goes with knitting in progress. K1, sipG (Guinness), P1, sip2G. You get the idea. Now I need to write this pattern.

omw if this is vintage i must be 100. i like the word groovy or classic better. i like to think of vintage as 1940s. my bell bottoms are vintage. oh wow i am so old. they look like members of the mommas and the poppas. any way i loved my 60s looks i was really young but had all the fashions of the day. and i see my young nieces wearing them today. the stripes stretch dresses. brings back memories. oh man. it was such a time. where is my cane? lol

LOVE. The spontaneous, unposed moment, the breath, the movement. The style is an afterthought, and that is the best way for it to be, unposed, unplanned, natural, beautiful, in the air.

This photo is the best I saw in years. FANTASTIC, authenthic, modern easy going…what do you want more? Guiness, flannels & Woolrich trousers whatever it is! Even the fur collar it’s OK. The guys are real. I change this for a 10.000 guys that look like Frida Khalo!
