i’m in the age you’d call kid but i can see how beautiful this is. I think people from all ages can appreciate style when is so obvious as there. But it’s just my view
Yea, the first thing that came to mind when I saw this was, “So elegant! So pretty! So feminine!” Followed by, “I wish I was taller so I can pull off this elegance and femininity!”
Wow – Valentino really impressed me this season. The first look is my favourite and I also love the clear shoes in this photo! Gorgeous! http://untrucoudeux.wordpress.com/
The only way I could see this collection being more modern is to wear it with some kind of wild hair AND wild shoes. If not, then I’m seeing it about this close to a snooze fest.
Now that the frenzy of fashion images tumbling out of paris has slowed, it’s a great time to take a closer look at these amazing clothes. The fabric! The fabrics! The fabrics! The fabrics alone make this collection seem like a walking dream to wear. I love the pizazz of the power clashing looks on all the fashionistas, but the serenity of the limited palette and classic silhouette of these clothes set your dreaming an entirely different dream! ( Hey, I think I will use this comment on my on blog…)
So effortless, elegant and beautiful!!!
Most collections this season look over designed and overdone or that designers did not know what to do.
But Valentino proves again that less is actually more
without becoming a minimalist.
Wonderful pictures!!!!
Thank you so much for the pleasure!!!!
These looks are so chic and elegant… There is a special charm in these looks. The white one is my favourite look of all this Valentino collection cause is simple but really beautiful at the same time.
xoxo
I love how this collection re-interprets the looks of last season; the buttoned up shirts, the full, over-the-knee skirts are still there, but reworked in soft white to look fresh as a daisy! Designers today realise that the modern woman wants a new take on the classic pieces she loves, rather than a whole new look each season.
Must say these clothes are super elegant, wearable, understated etc etc BUT please, please tell us WHO are the fabulous old couple in the background? The head dress – the glitter suit – the tuxedo – the platform shoes! We need to see them as a central subjects please! x
