I’ve gotten into doing things like this recently- adding a pop of color like a bright yellow or a really vibrate red to an otherwise ‘matchy’ outfit. it just keeps your look from being boring I feel and during the winter when everything is soo drab it helps to have that punch to (at the risk of putting too much into color) brighten up your attitude.
Adore it, and frequently do it myself. My staple color palate is muted; black, grey, and military green, punctuated by candy colored accessories… Makes the look really pop. Plus, love the embroidery on the scarf.
this site is great, single , elegant ang beutiful, show the fashion like something real and important. My name is Victoria, i´m mexican and i´m 16 years old, sorry for my english but, i´m trying to speak it better, well, i have to study, is not about fashion, but i am safe that this will be my topic to sudy in the future. i have not to repeat it tha this blog is great. http://www.mimundodecrayola.blogspot.com
Only the Japanese can get away with these odd yet refreshing combinations. Turquoise peeking through a grey bootie looks divine. The only thing that makes her demode for me is the cigarette. I guess after fashion, it’s her second vice.
I totally agree that the pop of blue/teal from the socks really energizes the ensemble, but what I’m really drooling over is the fabulous dress or skirt she’s wearing. I wonder if its a lacy black skirt over another skirt, or if its an all in one layered look…either way, its sensational!
