As someone who's been doing photography for years, but only started blogging a few months ago, it is such a weird and wonderful thing to share you creativity with strangers and have them respond to your work, especially from far-flung corners of the globe that you wouldn't have thought you'd reach.

I am so glad I discovered your blog only a year-and-a-half ago when I was forced to take time out of my law career for an operation and lengthy recovery time. I finally had creative mental space to see what was going on around me, and both your blog and Garance's were my daily treat, inspiration. Still are.

Firstly you deserve to be congratulated on your hard work and daily effort to deliver only the best of the best to your blog! As a regular browser on the internet yours is definitely a daily stop for me, even though so many similar sights now exist I think you have a eye for detail, so much that you made me feel if I was to go NYC it would be full of amazingly dressed people, until I saw the photos you took recently here in london which made me realise that actually the photographer's amazing more than the people! You have managed to capture the best of designer style, catwalk and real life examples which to me as a young designer gave me a different perspective that actually the clothes on the catwalk can really be worn in daily life!
I would like to request that you write to us your thoughts on the photograph, what was the situation and what mostly attracted you to take the photo, sometimes I find that most of the comments are drawn to one detail such as the shoes however it always seems a mystery what the real intention and thought behind it really was!
Thank you for sharing with us your view and your world, your photography is truly amazing as you have the ability to take on the spot photographs yet still make them look like very carefully thought out planned photo shoots!
I'd like to end with a happy birthday, and I look forward to seeing what more surprises you come across, and capture for us!
