I guess it's about the jacket… which is actually really interesting with all the pockets in a laid-back, but clean-cut way. The blues and greys also go together wonderfully (sneakers!)
I wish I could pull something like this off. You need to almost never lift a weight in your life to be slender enough to pull off athletic wear as casual wear.
Is that jacket from the Thom Browne/Moncler line? I'd love to run my hands through the stuff, just to see how it is made. We dont need down and feathers down in Florida. Great outfit, BTW Jorge from WPB
most of time when you see the subjects of your photos, we can feel that the person(s) really paid attention to what he or she or they wore … but, i think this photo is striking not because how much attention he paid to his outfit, which i actually do not think he did much (or if he did, he certainly succeed camouflaging it well), but the combination of the pop of red and blue against the shades of greys, and all the clustered … xx
hm well i don't know how i feel about this. i like his hat and the cycles on either side of him…and his sneakers but…are the clothes worthy of a photo? i don't know. but his face is surely enjoyable.
WOW… i just love reading the comments on your blog. Sometimes the comments are better than the photos.
I am known for being HYPER critical, but come on people… RELAX. Not everyone needs to wear fitted or skinny jeans (because you think so… that makes it a better look???) He's a guy… he looks good. NOT everyone needs to be a fashion reject… he doesnt have to be wearing Rick, Ann, Martin, or Rei. I am a designer, and in my opinion this can be MUCH MORE refreshing than the typical person following fashion and wearing what is "de rigeur."
Thank you for getting some classic hip-hop style on your pages. This man's Nike SB remakes of the Bruin are lovely. He should check his laces but the shoes are very nice nonetheless.
Very nice. The jacket manages to do a lot of pockets without having that look that workwear pieces get from having dozens of triangular and pentagonal pockets all over the back and sleeves and whatnot…
For anyone wondering what kind of sneakers those are: They are called the Nike SB Bruin. Nike SB is Nike's skateboarding line of sneakers, and that particular model was actually released last month. Although they look like a vintage pair, you can currently find them at any respectable skate shop or online.
Why has nobody commented on the Frenchness of his style? Look at the arm band and the cap? He is, "Un Ouvrier typique". He tends towards the conservative, as do most Frenchmen. His ensemble comes from the sea onto the street.

Yes, it's all about the shoes and knit hat. The scenery is great too- makes it look editorial as usual. Being on that sexy cell equipment doesn't hurt either.

The jacket looks smart, the shoes can hardly be beat (I am a fan of Nike shoes), the wool cap fits well. I'd urge a cleaner, tighter fit on the jeans.
