It’s a lovely image, but I’m really sick of fashion borrowing ‘credibility’ / ‘cool’ / ‘truth’ from music. I mean, really, what is this manufactured connection between music and Trussardi? The Palatrussardi isn’t exactly a cutting edge music venue… Liza Minnelli?! And now they’re trying to make their shop look like Toe Rag Studio..? We’re not buying.
This image is very inspiring. I would like to see more of this kind of images about those interesting sets for showing clothing. I can´t fin the relationship between coolness music and high fashion here. It reminds me a garage and the love for our close things, old and new ones. I have the same conection as my clothing as well as my books, lovely appliances, etc.
this looks just like the Number Nine store in Tribeca that’s been there for several years now. Hmmm…oddly familiar. You should check that store, it’s one of NY’s best kept secret for mens fashion from Japan.
