It honestly looks amazing… a lot of people rag on girls who opt for the Heidi do but it always looks a little unexpected (and interesting) no matter what you’ve got on with it- whether it’s a fancy dress a la Sienna Miller, or something completely casual like this.

Sienna Miller had her hair up in Heidi braids during the Golden Globes and she was lambasted by the press. This lady fares so much better…I think it’s because hers itsn’t too slicked back (which can give one a headache at times), as if she spent half the day fixing it. All in all, brava!

I use to wear my hair in that way quite often, but her look is really beautiful! It’s not easy to get that “wool-look”.

perhaps only blondes can sport this ‘do? as a brunette – i’m thinking the braid in chocolate brown may not exude such charm as in goldenrod blonde?

amazing. i love the messy part of it – like she just threw it up in a second…instead of taking an hour to fix her hair. beautiful. and i agree with ‘calm.cool.collected’ – she does look very angelic in that lighting. great eye, scott!

Beautiful. The hair looks great and as anonymous said this pulls it off much better than Sienna Miller who was pilloried for it….but Miller was on to something wasn’t she? I guess I’m wondering if the look is more heidi or angelic.

i can never see a braid without immediately flashing on scenes from “the bad seed, and when i saw sienna miller’s do all i could think was that she seemed to be trying too hard to be a trendsetter to actually succeed at it. were i capable of an objective opinion however i’d say that this is lovely.

You know that it’s just a headband of braided hair, right?
This is the first time I’ve actually seen it look decent although anyone can do this…especially with the “bed head “/”just got out of bed” look.

She is just gorgeous and Suprise! she has a profile! Amazing. My understanding is that one has to travel to Europe to find women with profiles now, as they have been outlawed in America. Blonde with a sideview. Isn’t that against the law in the US? Keep those Roman noses coming, Sart.

This was originally done by Yulia Tymoshenko, a Ukranian billionaire/politician a year or two ago. It’s amazing how fashion comes from the most random places, to Sienna, to now.
