I rarely notice much about makeup but Stella really had a wonderfully dramatic look around her eyes at the Dior show I think the effect is heightened by her pale skin and blonde hair.
Stella is always stylish! The dark eyes look great on pale skin and with blonde hair. It even works for older women, on which usually too dark makeup does not look good.
She looks spectacular!!! I love how you noticed the look, which is so important, I think. Tres Chic!!! I know how designers sometimes do the white on white makeup for their shows, with lips, eyes, cheeks, etc. I think black kohl around the eyes looks fantastic though…EXTREMELY SEXY ON ANY WOMAN. Makes her look powerful, and determined to find what makes her look best.
Gorgeous. The best thing about your blog is that you capture the nice side of your subjects. They look so relaxed, happy and friendly. Even Anna Wintour!

Stella is generally attractive, but here, the eye makeup looks a bit heavy and goulish (at least to me). Sorry Sart. That said, I have really enjoyed your perspective on all of the fashion weeks. Keep up the terrific work.
Stella Tennant is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone talks about how much of a style icon Kate Moss is, but I think Stella is equally, if not even more, stylish. I think women can relate more to Kate, because Stella is so uncommonly tall and has this slightly masculine, regal quality.
About eyeliner in pale skin and bleached hair: very edgy, but I don’t assume that is “better” on pale skin or lighter hair. The juxtaposition is just not that common as a standard of “refinement” for its punk denotations, but not for being a punk expression can not work for “darker” hair or complexions.
About a model (Stella in this case): I find not very interesting to understand a model as a fashion icon, foremost when looking stunning is their profession, kind of like ok…natural isn’t?
Ammusing that models such as this woman are consider “regal” when the royalty are (exept the Monaco) pretty fugly. Ideals, dreams put in the bones of this girls.

Those smokey eyes, dishevelled blond hair. She’s reminding me of Blondie circa…you know. Another great shot Scott.

It’s striking. Usually dark eye makeup isn’t recommended for ladies with deep-set eyes….

Great makeup, but what’s up with her hair? Is this bird nest fashionable now on the other side of the pond?

Looking regal and being royalty never had much of a connection in modern times…someone looking regal does not look like any royal family member.
