This kid has such a great early ’80′s look, he said all the items were “vintage”.
I remember wearing this look on the first go around ( when I was in high school in ’84) and now I’m hearing from a current high school kid it is “vintage”, I almost punched him.

If you don’t feel ‘vintage’ don’t be angry.
My boyfriend love tight tie and I bought one at Hugo Boss.

am i the only one who finds him extremely feminine-looking?

He does look somewhat feminine… reminds me a bit of a young Andrew Ridgeley. I like the suit, the tie, the pose and the smile.

for this boy it is vintage ;]
i think he looks odd.
anyway, I know someone has already asked – but how old an item should be to be called “vintage”? I don’t know if 90′s are the new vintage? e.g. leggings and sweaters.

80′s vintage??? Okay, I’m next on line to punch him. I can’t believe it either…I just gave away all my 80′s vintage double breasted suits away.

definitely he looks like a she/ very girly boy or very boyish girl (and a very pretty one). i guess that’s why I felt so confused.

The only fault is that the tie looks a bit limp and beaten-down.

A high school kid?! Well, vintage or not, feminine or not, he’s mighty fashion-precocious! I’ve never seen a high school kid even come close to looking so sharp.

I was in high school in the 80s–I believe I called my 60s prom dress “vintage”…

He reminds me of one of the guys from Duran Duran in the 1980s.

You all should lay off the kid!! I think he looks great and not “girly” at all…just a really sharply dressed young man. He’s got the “new vintage” look. Most of my clothes from the 80′s just look baaad.Give this guy some credit

He looks like a boy. If ’84 is vintage and I was born in ’84 does that make me old.

I think the jacket is very big on him, db's look horrible when they are too big

I don't mean to be insensitive but to all us current high school kids, clothes from any era we never knew is "vintage". It's just not something we'd remember seeing on the street much as we grew up so to us it's "vintage".

Feminine? Not at all. I see a young man who has yet to develop the wrinkles, beard, and more “masculine” traits of the sexy older fashion “lions” that Scott often features.
