Riad Azzar, Marrakech

Marra1Web

While I was in Marrakech I stayed at the cutest riad right in the center of the medina.  It actually felt more like my own personal apartment than a hotel.

SO beautiful. Heading there in March for a couple more yoga retreats…and have an extra night in the Medina before the groups arrive and I was looking for a riad for a night…may have to check this one out :) I just love the concept of the riad style -like an oasis in the middle of the bustling outside.

Check out our favorite places to stay when you go back. I list a few very different types stays from a sultan’s palace to a intimate riad for family and friends. Marraech is a home away from home! Happy to hear you loved it. K

These photos bring back wonderful memories from my trips to Morocco and Tunisia, a long time ago. North Africa is the place to indulge all my senses. It’s like a rebirth. (I was born in Tunis……..par hasard !)
