ADORE the daywear!!! All those killer tweeds, fair isles, loose pants, it is the best! Now can I marry that last single Lauren son so I can afford ‘em?
I am very impressed by this season’s collection! Scared at first because of how masculine the outfits looked, but the styling and silhouettes push the designs into the perfect realm of stylish, wearable and sexy.
oh my, how beautiful. love the mixture of patterns here. so perfect. especially loving that i have my leopard coat to now play with when fall comes back around.
Ralph Lauren’s designs are always timeless. I admire his incredible integrity of vision. It is rare to post one entry in my blog where I’m not wearing at minimum one piece by him, and it doesn’t matter which line it is from, the quality and the consistency is admirable! His designs embody everything I like about being a woman: classy, elegant, timeless….
I have things that are over 20 years old and people still stop me to ask where can they get them. I simply adore everything he does! If you enjoy his style, you may enjoy my blog too, so take a look if you’d like :D
The sportswear pieces are a little disapointing. I more or less already own that hat, tweed jacket and printed sweater. The only thing about this collection that is really interesting to me is the combination of prints… but then again, the only thing truely fresh about that is the leopard with the menswear fabrics. BUT, on the high note, that velvet suit is the perfect suit and I want to own it!
Ralph found his way so long ago and seems to keep it going????
I remember in the 80′s in the mid west, Kansas to be exact, to score a Ralph was my dream and when I did I felt 10 feet tall!!!!
Greetings Fashion Lovers. The Ralph Lauren Fall 2012 Collection is both disgusting and delightful. The horrible replusive use of animal fur and skin makes me want to throw up. Thank you. The other fashion elements were not surprising and some what a rehash of his 2011 menswear collection for men..OMGoddess. But I love the retro and vintage plaids, pinstripes, hats and well…the pop jewel colors were fabo.

Lovin’ the looks with the ladylike fur mixed with the masculine sweaters/trousers – great contrast. Overall, a stellar collection.

J’aime those sweaters, so retro chic! Especially when tucked in the trousers… adorable!
Less pleased with leopard print, though, to me it doesn’t add anything to the look. If they wanted to play with different patterns, why not combine other great patterns with the winterpattern sweaters… Little too cliché for my taste. But other than that, looks like a great collection, with ofcourse those coats…!
