Today Garance is being shot by Patrick Demarchelier for an upcoming project. I’m so jealous because I’ve never been shot by Mr. Demarchelier, although I have shot him.
I forgot I had this photograph, but I’ve always liked it because I think it really shows where the elegance in his images comes from.

Dear Scott, a Garance portrait by the wonderful PDM – you might have to print one of those shots, frame it and put it on the mantel piece – what a treat! Patrick always manages to capture women most beautifully. Your shot of him is very lovely – a real case of the wonderful frame an older face can attain with a full silver mane, n’est pa? B
