hmm. she looks impeccable from the waist up, and that jacket is spectacular. but i don’t like the sprouse leggings at all, especially not paired with those red pumps.
This outfit is the answer for my question of the wearability for sprouse’s collabration. The strong shoulders on the jacket balanced out the playfulness of the leggings. Very clever.
She looks great. I have the poor man’s version of these leggings, bought in 2007 at Desigual in Amsterdam, which I wear for Pilates classes. If I had her legs, I might be tempted to wear them like this, but I don’t, so they stay hidden……..!! They do look very nice under knee-high flat Freelance boots, as well, with a mens’lab-style coat over all. Not at all as chic or as glamorous as this, though…..
I once wrote scribbled somewhere that oxblood looks great with almost anything, and orange is at the top of the list. Love the combo of colors and moods of the pieces, and I’m not even that much of a leggings person.
I like the outfit- she wears it with her own mix of textures, drapes, and colors. She matches things that most of us would not imagine to go well together. The real question is whould she wear the leggings if they were not Sprouse for LV? Jorge from WPB
I have not been a fan of these types of leggings at all- until now! She manages to pull them off while remaining extremely classy. Very well put together. I like that she keeps every other aspect of her outfit understated. Very inspiring.
but those shoes DO NOT match nor tone with those loud and rather cool tights. whatever’s on her lips matches the pants… that girl has some black shoes. or green shoes. or blue shoes. or purple shoes…
Stephen Sprouse is dead. THIS WAS NOT A COLLABORATION. It was Marc Jacobs designing a collection dedicated to sprouse. Sprouse did not design these leggings, Jacobs did
Vuitton or not, I am not a fan of the whole leggings as pants phenomenon.
Love the layering she did for her top and the shiny burgundy pumps though.
The bag, I’m not so sure about. Do you blow it out with a barrel-brush when you want more volume? Or flat-iron it for a sleeker look? Anyways, I have a strong aversion towards hairy accessories prone to shedding and could also double as a duster.
I love how she tries to dress elegantly with the jacket and blouse yet keeps her vibe young by wearing the LV leggings and the shoes and the purse! very original.
Not previously a fan of the Sprouse collection, and I generally loathe leggings, but I have to admire this woman’s look – she looks hot, though the shoes should probably be black.
Yeah she looks cool I guess but I would never walk around that way. I like a more classic look. For me its just too much and I’m not a big leggin fan, especially with letters all over them. And I don’t like the shoes with this at all.
An outfit is ephemeral unless you carefully put together a combination and wear it over and over. So here, for instance, who cares if the shoes are these or maybe another choice? The fleeting nature of today’s outfit is part of the charm. Love the leggings and the fur bag.

I love the leggings. I feel as if you could just stare at them for hours, and find a million ways to describe yourself, combining different pieces with that one pair of leggings.
The Sprouse leggings don't do it for me at all, especially with those pumps. Too flashy and conspicuous (or is that the point?). The bag adds some lovely contrast in texture though.
Okay. I guess that I’m in the minority. She looks like she got dressed with her eyes closed. Since when has wearing a puppy as a handbag considered fashion? If I saw her on the street, I’d be LMAO.
Has anyone noticed that she seems to be wearing two different styles from the 80′s? The top half looks like the power suits business women used to wear and the bottom half in the fun, trashy urban wear from that era.
When I first saw the Sprouse collection I thought it was cool but restricting, I really like how she made these leggings into a normal outfit. It gives it such personality, she has style.
I Love how she mixed edginess with simplicity! The Steven Sprouse for LV leggings remind me of the 80's when hip hop music was new, inspiring and fresh!
wow! where is this woman going in this amazing bold outfit? love the tights, the bag is impeccable, the top, the jacket. the shoes are good ,too. it is as if she has an amazing wardrobe, and picked whatever suit her fancy for the day, and the mismatch inevitably worked so well. this is one of the best shots i have seen on sartorialist.
Contrary to what a good number of people are saying here about her tights ruining things, I think that this woman has got some undeniable, bold, and spontaneous spunk.
I don't know if I would wear patent pumps in that color with that outfit but what a look! This is such a strong look and it looks as if it didn't take her much thought. She's JUST that cool. : )
P.S. Those Sprouse leggings are absolutely incredible…

I’ve had mixed feelings about those leggings but I really love how she wore them

She’s the most beautiful woman I have ever seen! Who is she?

Was she in one of your earlier shots, in a royal blue short skirt/dress and a black opentoe… It’s a shot from her left side and looking up?

I'm loving the S. sprouse leggings. I want them, but i would wear with platforms or funkier shoes.
She is wearing them. Confidence is key!

wow! where is this woman going in this amazing bold outfit? love the tights, the bag is impeccable, the top, the jacket. the shoes are good ,too. it is as if she has an amazing wardrobe, and picked whatever suit her fancy for the day, and the mismatch inevitably worked so well. this is one of the best shots i have seen on sartorialist.

Some things just shouldn't work, but they do anyway. She looks great. It helps to be young and beautiful.

Gorgeous! She's mixing so many style elements that come together so well. Also, she looks slightly like Jessiba Biel.
