Don’t know if the accessories are carefully chosen or all she has, but this is a case of one piece making the outfit. For all I know the dress is H&M, the sandals are Payless, the watch is Timex…. but the Vuitton bag makes everything look expensive and well thought out.

I only recently discovered this blog but I’m loving it..weird thing is that the only comment I ever made was today and only because I remembered this woman and now I see that she received exactly the same amount(202) of comments each time, is that a coincidence or what? and now I might have just screwed up that # of comments.

Why do people get so upset about this LV bag? The bag just complements her look, but has nothing to do with the logos, but with the color and style of the bag. If she was carrying a french basket, it would look off.

Everyone doesn´t have to like those LV bags. I don’t really like the LV monogram bags and wouldn’t buy them either. But some people like them and they can buy it if they like. So everyone can have their own opinion!

I’m thinking this girl has to have a jacket or something in her bag…something to cover her up when the weather turns on her like a vengeful boyfriend. No urban hipster travels unprepared for the weather. At least if you use public transportation daily.

Its a freaking heat wave. No one has needed a jacket for three months in the entire USA. Where have you been? The only place you ever need a jacket would be inside an air conditioned bar or something. I doubt all the people out there wearing shorts and such are bringing their coats along.

Come on! You can barely notice the logo! The color of this bag makes it not as showy as other bags. Also, this bag color and style just happens to match her minimalist, monochromatic look. I understand that logo all over the place is kind of showy and silly, but in this case, I think this specific LV bag is elegant enough to not pass as showy nor obnoxious.

I think it is extremely showy to buy such a purse.
Now, I totally understand that most people will think it looks great. I was jusy expressing my (very marginal) personal take on that trend that has been afflciting us since the 90s.

You know, I get what you mean, but I disagree when it comes to this bag. There’s tons on LV bags that look ugly/tacky/silly, but this one happens to look good and understated. This one has a great basic shape and I really like the color. It is played out, since this is the most classic style by LV, but I really think the Neverfull on classic monogram is the best and few styles that are usable from LV collection.

I don’t like logo bags either. I DO understand and acknowledge the quality in these bags and why people love using them … but I feel ridiculous spending that kind of money on a bag AND advertizing for them, too.
Having said all this, I someday wish to own a pair of Louboutins. The red sole is sexy. It will give away the label of the shoe – but at least there’s no obvious logo.

She definitely knows how to work her figure. The dress accentuates her good points, and the nude toned sandals elongate her legs. Smart, comfortable and well thought out. I still don’t like those bags. It helps to see her first photo for reference. I like seeing the same people so you can see their overall style.

Everything is sexy here – the simple dress, her slammin’ bod, the bag and shoe – a lot of the neutral colour palette used well here … I think it’s her use of colour and understanding what dress works on her body that’s impressive. As otherwise, I don’t see anything particularly special about this ensemble. I am just dying to throw a bright teal statement necklace around her neck!

She is very beautiful and elegant. I love everything except the Louis Vuitton bag. I think logo bags and most “it” bags drain the uniqueness and character out of an outfit. Better some fabulous no name bag, that one just picks up along the way……

This is not about the clothes, it’s about everything that came before the clothes, every other decision she’s made about who she is. The air is thin these days with the sticky, high temperatures; this photo didn’t help. Very nice.

It is funny you should mention buying something you couldn’t live without. Haven’t
we all done it? Let me count the ways. I was living in Southampton, NY and I had
to have this “Double Breasted Red Silk/Linen Blazer”. I could just picture it with a
pair of white trousers or jeans and a complementary go along shirt, maybe even a
band collared piece. I could envision the jacket at a gallery opening, lavish
cocktail party or party on the beach. Alas, I never wore it that summer or the next
and than I found myself moving to Aspen, CO. This is one destination that one
never wears that caliber of jacket in the summer. I have still have it and probably will
never get rid of it or better still never wear it. Thank you for bringing up this wonderful
subject we all hate to talk about.

Understated and impeccable style with an undertone of fierce individualism.
Only negative is the rather obvious ‘everybody has/wants one’ LV bag – all considered she still resolutely rocks ‘it’ !
