Don’t like the hat (there are very few hats I like, actually), but I’m loving the coat. I admire a dashing slim coat as much as the next style watcher, but it is nice to see a good-looking coat that’s big enough to actually work over winter layers–and that green is excellent. Love the trouser-and-shoe combination too; it’s nice to see a pair of grownup pants with a nice crumply break (as opposed to trendy floods), and that taupe looks fab with the brown suede.
I love the whole package it is as if he came out of the cold and the coat in simply awesome. The beard is epic and the bucket hat along with the glasses adds a touch of class.
Really though… Does anyone know what brand is this coat from? Gloverall don’t make them in green, so is it Burberry?? Would soooo much want to find one like this!!
Okay, I think he totally looks like a bum. There, I said it. I don’t mean to be offensive or anything, but I was just thinking that if I saw this guy on the street instead of this venerable blog, I would have labelled him as a lost fisherman at best.
beppe ratti, if this is trully you, let me tell you how i admire your style (at least what i can understand from the pic). And you don’t want me to start talking about how wonderful the coat is!! Thanks for the info man!

So Brit, so intellectual, so cool!
I wonder why we do not see more men dressed like this nowadays.
A good old Gloverall and some suede boots. Oh, the thrill!
A big kiss from Greece!
@chatte grise: very to the point comment, I wouldn’t have noticed all those details, I was too struck by the coat.

Great color coat, I don’t mind the oversized-ness…but it’s way to bulky around the neck. And the hat really makes this look sloppy. Not really a fan.
