I just adore the style of Italian women this season … they make the more comfortable, masculine shoes – look … so stylish and feminine. And the dove grey and sepia colours of the stones in the background make the photos so beautiful. More and more please.
clearly every article of clothing has different textures. i think the most noticeable is the colors, they go really well together to the point that i can just look at her clothes as as a whole and not separately.
What a skirt, I also love how the horizontal lines carry over above the top hem into the stonework on either side of your subject. I want to know who made the skirt only so I know which ‘artist’ to further explore… Does anyone know? Thanks
She looks just like my mother when she was young, the same face! she looks more like her than me. Great clutch, I love polka dots. Hope to see more pictures of this girl :)
I love every piece she’s wearing, and the colours, but the pieces don’t work together. The bulk of the sweater, the horizontal stripes of the skirt, and the blazer over her shoulders creates a very wide appearance, while you know she’s a slim girl. I’d prefer to see the sweater with a skinny jean and the skirt with slim tank top.
I think the Marc Jacobs’ shoes ground the outfit. Keep it from floating off towards space. I really enjoy the collar though. It’s interesting the way it lays on the sweater and softens the look a little more. That’s not a stiff collar.
This shot makes me want to give up jeans forever. There’s something about the way that Italian women wear casual yet look so formal. Do you have to have a huge wardrobe to do this?
Gorgeous and confident! This lady has a million different looks and nails every one of them. Im loving the way she is standing like a school girl too. Love the shoes. they ground the outfit.

Are the socks dark blue, maybe that would be better than black?

I like the combination of colours and of textures. The dotted clutch also matches her beauty spot ;-)
However I do feel it takes guts to be dressed like this and pull it off with such a success.
