a slightly eccentric look done with beautifully crafted pieces is always breathtaking……cause it only distinguishes the wearer as a person of thought and taste. it’s something that doesn’t come together by accident.

Love the shues bag, hat and gloves in one colour and then the blue coat. Great!! When people put thought and effort into dress like this it makes you happy. Seem rare today. Think people were better at coordinating colour before. Better at thinking there outfit through. Like my grandmother. She put effort into matching colours. It all had to go together. Thanks for a nice post!

Okay… I LOVE the bag, gloves, and shoes, but still cannot get onboard with the flood-ready pants. WHY!? I fine cuff that settles at the top lace would perfect this look.

I love the beret and the shoes are very sharp. I almost wish he brought some more pattern in with the socks but I guess it’s simplicity compliments the rest of the look.

Excelent taste! The choice of colors is elegant and just beautiful. The beret is shocking in a man but he can pull it off! I just think the bag is a little bit too much.

the big cuffed pants.it’s usually something personal but the more we talk of it the more it appears in streets. i bumped into one of my favs of online shops and they’re already putting on shelvs thoses really big cuffed pants. and i have to say they’re pairing down with some really slim and slouchy socks subdued colors or patterns to reveal a pair of dainty ankles.

I don’t find this eccentric. It is v. traditional and it is perfection. What a dear young man.
The other morning, after fighting my way through a throng of unmannerly students coming from the subway and resembling a march in some obscure gulag, a beautiful young man wearing a camel coat and shoes just like this young man swept his hand back and stepped aside to let me pass. Not to judge by appearances merely, but he was elegant on the inside as well as the outside.
