I wish men would dress like that in the states. I love my country and people, but Americans take the cake for the worst dressed. I just got back from the grocery store and there was a guy shopping, wearing pajamas, slippers and had a towel wrapped around his head. How is that okay????
Aye, the great peacoat lives. I saw a guy on the bus the other day wearing one. A peacoat, even a traditional one, stands out these days in a sea of black puffer coats. Maybe it’s the wool texture, it’s matte versus the shine of a puffer coat. But this guy wearing the peacoat wore his very fitted and the length just hit smack above the hip. Of course, he was in good shape. I think a peacoat is not for the man who is chubby, he must be in pretty good shape to wear one…for one thing, he needs to be able to button it up and then, not lose any buttons!
I love this guy. LOVE the wallet chain for just a dash of edge. I agree with Marla about the lack of style with American men — I heard David Sedaris describe American men’s fashion, “they dress like they’re going to mow someone’s lawn.”
Nice haircut, but other than that, I really don’t see why this would be worth posting. I’ve seen better dressed men on the sub this very morning. It’s not a bad outfit at all, but not really special in any sort of way.
This has got to be the look that I love on a man. Sure, I still swoon over well tailored suits, but a well layered peacoat over knits along with well fitted jeans and sturdy boots always makes me swoon!

The chain is just for his keys: my man does the same and he’s not edgy… he’s a nerd! (but I’ll admit he’s Italian too)
