he's one my favorite in the bible (july 2007) in an easy elegant orange and white summer combo. now, another season, the white shirt cuff iluminates his hand like in a goya figure. is he stoned?

this is a perfect example of a man who would look absolutely average without his carefully chosen outfit. He looks awesome and proves that men can wear a silk scarf and still look like a man. Great!
