BYRON and DEXTER?!?! These boys brighten up the city of Montreal…but by the looks of them…they brighten up any city they set foot in… beautiful boys…w/ SO much light in their hearts…this is the BEST pic i've ever seen of them together! Fantastic shot, Sart!
Well, I suppose you can not call men chic but if you can…they really are. I think this is the look men look best in, and should wear all time. Still I wouldn't be too sure about the pattern on the light blue/white jacket if I saw it in a store but the man wears it with pride and makes it look very handsome. Nice done, both of them!
Seditionaire's comment about these men having 'light in their hearts' is a wonderful description of what I see in this image, and I feel that is a trait shared by the photographer. They have brought me a little simple joy this morning!
Love it Same shoes and both wearing jackets but the divergence in their other choices are great. I personally love the cuff pants and the dark blazer because i like the look of mostly solids with patterned pieces. However the his brother is no slacker either in his clothing. Their mama/papa or whoever helped mold their fashion sense must be proud.
Beautiful! They are both classic and elegant. I love it when people dress neatly and look tailored. I wish there was more of that. I love the white collared blue shirt with the checks on the jacket. An interesting way to pick up the blues and whites.
Byron and Dexter..originally from Ottawa, Canada. I remember them well, from the eighties at ZINC, DELUXE, those trendy Ottawa /Hull bars. ( Yes, there were actually some fab bars…back then..in Ottawa and Hull!!). Did they also not use dot have a fashion boutique in Old Montreal called De Stilj?
Actually…Byron had the Boutique WantStil…and then just focussed on his own agency… WANT…based in Montreal and NYC…and single-handedly brought a little label across the pond about 10 years ago…you may have heard of it…it's called ACNE? Oh yeah….that was him… add Nudie Jeans and Filippa K to that list now…. with vision like that, you can do no wrong!! And Dexter started off on the "60" train before anyone knew Miss Sixty OR Energie… again… vision…WOW… must be genetic!! ;-)
Now both of 'em on Want Essentiels de La Vie… and as far as THAT line goes…any true gentleman would "want" every single piece in the collection! Sart…do you know what you're asking Santa for this year?
