This look reminds me sooo much of my school uniform! The nuns won’t let us show our knees so the skirts were always that long.

Yeah, this one’s definitely a very “german” look. But as I live in Germany and am used to such outfits I am a little bit bored of this one. Of course, it is minimalist and cool, but I long for more dare and colorful outfits in the streets of Germany!

It is about time short hair returned. Soooo tired of all the messy extensions . THIS is classy .

I wouldn’t have liked this at all a year ago, but now I think it’s gorgeous. The hair, I mean. Short hair, loving it. When I was 21 i cut off all my hair in a style not dissimilar. My housemate (chic Hungarian, so I thought) cried!!!!!! It’s put me off : (

Beautiful haircut, not everyone has either the bone structure or the hairline to carry off such a style. Beautiful outfit, elegant without being dull. I am so tired of short skirts and clunky shoes

OK – a couple of you mention having the “courage” or being “brave” enough to cut your hair. I’ve known women to be all but suicidal after a visit to the salon. No amount of telling them how great it looks consoles them. Is it just a “girl thing” that I’ll never understand? C’mon – it’s JUST HAIR. Your hair is not YOU any more than your job defines who you are. Where’s your spirit of fun? IT WILL GROW BACK. As it does, you might even find an intermediate length that you love that you never would have discovered if you hadn’t cut it in the first place.

Trying to think a some women who’s hair has somewhat defined them, tho, I immediately come up with Twiggy, Halle, Nadege, Mia and Audrey – all short-haired beauties. Give it a try! With summer coming think how much cooler and easy your new wash-and-wear do will be!
