What a lovely photo-still and moving at the same time. The ruffles on her dress give that silent sense of "snap"-you can "hear" the cloth pop!

I'm so happy that you covered the Jazz Age Lawn Party again! God willing I will make it there next summer. As for right now, I enjoy looking at all of your beautiful pictures – especially these. Vintage Gatsby-era clothes are the best!

i think your daughter should show off more often if her moves are so cool. And that picture is so great: shadow, movement in the dress, even her face looks great 8that movement can make your face look so stypid, she just pulls it off so well)

Fashion is fleeting, but style is forever. I simply cant understand how we went from this to what we have now. Cant grasp it. My wife and I wear vintage all the time. We make our own clothes from vintage patterns as well. Countless times have we been stopped and complimented on our style and been told 'gee… i wish everyone would dress like that still'
Its really a shame how muddled the fashion world is now.
