Love the simple, understated elegance of the outfit…and there goes that denim again! Just a favor: I am always curious about what shoes they are wearing. Whenever possible, it would be nice to see the shoes as well!

Her hair is really the only thing I Like about this photo. I actually thought the lace was a tacky tattoo, and I think it looks messy with the tattoo on her shoulder.

The lace looks like chest hair from afar.

I have mixed feelings about it, I love the sailor short. Not certain of the pairing with the rest of the outfit. She looks so effortless and great.

Maybe with the jacket on I would have loved it better, but I bet it was too hot.

Keep the shorts- lose the "chest hair". Lace is a subtle texture, so I'm not a big fan of the way the garment draws attention to the lace insert. It's not the girl's fault, but the person who designed it probably wasn't thinking about how it would look on an actual person.

All in Black and not looking boring.That is the challenge like you said.But she got it right with the delicate accessories like necklaces and the bold rings.

Love the sailor front treatment on the shorts. I used to buy a pair of the original Wool Sailor pants every year while in high school. The horizontal striped shirts were a common accompanyment. Cute and basic.

Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't like the lace. This lady is pretty and I like her style as well, but the lace looks like she has chest hair… I'm sorry to say this….

i think it look like chest hair initially, but when i looked carefully – oh it's lace. haha. and i thought it's just me, thank god there are people out there who thought it was chest hair, like me.
