If you didn’t overdo it as much, I’d actually check out what you’re selling. Lay off on the heavy sell on your posts, establish some credibility, and then maybe you’ll get more traffic from readers on this site.
I’ve seen the same outfit worn by blue-collar broads in places like Buffalo, NY, but their photos would never wind up on a fashion site. Either the fashion world is coming around to their style again (last seen in the acid-washed 80s) or this is another example of “beautiful women can wear anything.”
I doubt you would find an outfit like that anywhere in any blue collar bar. The perfect fit high waisted jeans, the boots, the bangs…no. Not unless you had a time machine to use. The devil is in the details. All you find today in the blue collar bar will be a too tight pair of too low rise off brand jeans, and a pair of white Nikes. Not that there is anything wrong with either outfit.
Maybe you saw something a bit like this worn by blue color people in Buffalo about twenty years ago. But they never did it so streamlined, or so cool. These days they would be wearing stretchy skinny jeans too tight for them, worn low on the hips so their stomach shows, and baggy t shirts to hide the flab over their low trousers. This outfit is all class, and no extra. II don’t think it matters if she made effort, or if it is simply cool without her trying.
I loved this response to James W. Not that I doubt him if he really has seen that actual clothing on a woman in a Buffalo bar–just that I agree with you that the details are not likely seen there. And no, she’s not carrying it off because she’s beautiful–it would just be a different wonderful look on someone less classically attractive. In fact, I think I’d like it better that way.
Are you all kidding me ? Looks like it’s sufficient to have a picture on this site to be “amazing”, “pretty cool”, “ultra feminine”.
Anywhere else and in real life it is just a ridiculous T-shirt and a common jeans ( the one you kept to paint your flat ).
