Really? I absolutely love the orange bag!! Especially the way the color is repeated on the work cones. But even without that I think its the brightness that makes this very real, very wearable look even more outstanding. There isn’t a single detail here that doesn’t work perfectly. The tights and shoes, the hair, her skin tone, that way she has the scarf tucked into the jacket and the shot of bright orange. The way she is posed on the street.
Whatever you think about brown sandals with black tights, the colour-blocking is great in this photo- even to the extent that the plastic bag echos the traffic cones.
Great photo.
The shoes do go with the coat, though I’m thinking if it’s cold enough for the scarf, it’s therefore too cold to be wearing sandals even with the tights.
This fab photo, is an example of fashion & fate. Her orange bag and the coordinating color of the cones – is a cool combo. The woman crossing the street, is also sporting a tangerine tote. Pardon the poor pun, but “orange’t” you glad you took that shot?
Love everything about this. Her coat is beautiful and you’ve captured that area of New York very well. Makes me yearn for a fall afternoon of shopping in Soho!
the photo was amazing
colors look if ordering with the details of the scenario
details oranges, brown coat with matching buildings in the background, with the black pants and the dark matching floor shadows of the details in the background
I’m a fan of this site … without further

I love the hair. I realized when I cut mine short (about 1-2 inches longer than this) that short hair in a good cut draws attention to the face actually makes the face look more dramatic and sculptural than if it’s swathed in long locks.
So yeah, she looks great. I think the short blond hair tops it off and makes everything else a little edgier. Edgy–becoming an overused term I think, but I’m using it ’till I find something better.
Camel goes perfect with Black.
Nice catch with the orange bag together with the orange cones at the front, reflecting the other orange bag the lady carries at the black, surronded by the orange buildings.
Fab!
Orange, orange everywhere! It’s not usually a color I dig (being surrounded by it here in Vols country has created an aversion), but this photo and its symphony of oranges and related tones–rusts, golds, and camels–almost changes my mind.
How lucky to be able to wear her hair like that – I dream of that in the next life! What a great look and these shoes, which can be a minefield (!), look so cool with dark tights and socks. Personally, I think the orange plastic bag keeps things real!
Amazing picture. Love how she looks like she is tucked in from the cold, the way she wears the coat. Its like she is meant for that background. I wish I could wear my hair like that. How sexy is that!
