Oh, what a lovely moment you’ve captured!
Love this.
Would love to see the woman’s expression as she’s being photographed!! What’s their relationship? Why is he so close up!?
What does that guy with the camera so close to the girl? The photo is very nice. A very interesting situation, the kind that you meet on the street especially when there are tourists.
Great pic! It’s like, hello Mr. Photographer, if you are looking for stylish people, did you not notice you look uber cool? — Royal Purple & Navy beats Caramel & Charcoal trend to one!
I like all the colors together : navy, grey, camel and the colours in the background, but this is too close for comfort. This young lady is courageous.
Are we really saying that his style is better than hers? I swear, no matter the photo, somebody will think its fantastic. The photographer in this shot is a fashion disaster. Just because its unusual doesn’t make it great. Sometimes unusual is just bad.
His expression is, as they say in these parts, just precious.
And, oddly enough, I was thinking about shoes like hers just the other day–I had a pair in junior high & really liked them. Need to be on the lookout for something like them now…
Some people hate one’s style, and others are obsessed with the style, that how every fashion started:) Comme des Garcon and etc. Gordo, you don’t have to decide which is better.. Just enjoy the difference of people and their own approaches to fashion.
The delight he shows in photographing that woman is the mark of a warm-hearted individual. He would have kind words for the commenters who belittle his style.
he has my attention. a little too complicated for me (would like it better if the pieces were better tailored or of less structured fabrics) but it is is fantastic enough to love!
Great photo as always… something very comical about it: the guy taking a closeup a bit too close? hope his camera can focus… the subject seems very serious also…
Many kudos…
RYO SAN IS THE BEST! WHILE THIS PICTURE PORTRAYS AN OVERLY COMPLEX STYLE, IF YOU WERE TO MEET RYO, YOU’D KNOW THAT HE’S HANDS-DOWN ONE OF THE MOST STYLISH YOUNG MEN IN NYC–HE HAS AN AMAZING ENSEMBLE OF COLLECTED VINTAGE ITEMS THAT FIT EVERY MOOD AND AESTHETIC AND IS ALMOST CHAMELEON-LIKE, AT TIMES, WHICH LEADS TO A DUALITY–HE DOESN’T LIVE ONE AESTHETIC STORY, WHICH COULD BE CONSTRUED NEGATIVELY, BUT IS INDEED QUITE ADEPT AT A RANGE OF MORE AVANT-GARDE LOOKS. I’M ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE THE MAN BEHIND OTAMAYIM B DIPPER.
