She really is lovely. I went all through High school wanting to look precisely like that, especially that gorgeous wild hair. Never did understand the straight hair craze, even though mine is ruler straight. Everything about her is perfect.
Its amazing how the styles that are a bit ahead of their time are completely misunderstood by the commenters. It just shows us that Scott knows fashion much better then those who follow him. As it should be I suppose. The shoes and the volume make the look.
My favorite part, though, is her wearing a key as a pendant…I do that all the time! I wear an antique key from my grandparents’ home in Spain that is, at least, 300 years old! It has such a sentimental value for me because I used to spend my summers with them as a child…
Great shot! I’m loving how you’re playing a lot with light and shade lately!
First of- i love! Second- In my opinion, this young lady did not wake up this morning, thinking she was going to get photographed. It looks to me as though she loves some kind of art, whether that includes fashion or not, but she got dressed this morning the same way she would be getting dressed any other day. True to herself, true to her own style. She gives off that vibe i love- not really caring to impress and dress according to season- but at the same time not judgmental of others. I love when you photograph real simple people who have a unique sense of style, just because they DO- not because they know they will get photographed that day.
Amazing work as always. xoxo
Love a curl girl who lets their hair be as nature intended it, but the outfit—-this is my mother 30 years ago, and not in a good way. She seems to have a nice figure, why bury it completely under heaps of shapeless clothes and shoes meant for the gym?
