I have tried several times to make bulky exposed socks work for me but to no avail. Kudos to her — it looks marvelous! As does her amazing hair and everything else. And she’s NOT SMOKING!!! Yay for not smoking!!! Yes, you can be fashionable without a cigarette.
She’s delicious! Her hair and the jacket are just perfect, and I love the background figures with their delicate legs and ice skating vibe, especially the little one in front of her with the white beanie, who looks as though he’s skimming along the frozen lake……… BUT I do hate her socks/legwarmers which make her look just like a hillbilly who’s just got out of bed – perhaps if they had been a darker colour instead of white they would add to rather than detract from her great look……..
wow! what a great silhouette and layering. Her shoes and jacket are great, she has a beautiful face (that expression!) and cool haircut. The pose, in that elongated S is awesome. Terrific photo, so cool Sart.
ps – Sart – your work on sweden.se is beautiful and inspiring. Stockholmers are great dressers! I like your authour photo too, the intense blue of your scarf is fabulous. It looks as if you took a length of fine cashmere and wound it into a big scarf. Great look.
I love how her colour palette (her hair and jacket) are perfectly complemented by the oxidized bronze statue in the distance. Also the asymmetry of her jacket is amazing.
I checked out the photos on the Sweden site and they are great, cool style and different from everywhere else. I love the woman in the green and white coat with the brown troll hat!
a Jean Seberg look in ” a bout de souffle ” de Jean Luc Godard, just missing Herald Tribune… I love the hair cut and the nice face with this splendid mouth. Nice man suede oversized jacket,I wish we could see the bag, nice that there’s no scrf, the neck is superb!!! Philippe
Interesting jacket, the cut at the bottom is quite peculiar but very flattering for her. Socks over jeans rarely work but look pretty nice here. This is one of the nicest haircuts I’ve seen in a long time, suits her perfectly.
Sweden is not that cold, it’s about 0°C (32°F) right now. (Btw did you know that Celsius was Swedish?) But if you wear longjohns in May you might find it cold… I don’t. I’m disappoined of the winters nowadays. It’s late January and there’s hardly any snow at all… not as when we were kids in the eighties…Green House effect? I dont know, but I hope with a new president that USA finally will sign the Kyoto Protocol… This photo was taken in KungstrĂ€dgĂ„rden (“Kings garden”), Charles XIII-statue in the background. This girl is beautiful, lovely haircut and color, but I don’t like her clothes that much.

I like this, but I feel chilly. As in cold. Where are your scarf and hat? Isn’t Sweden cold?

But I’m not a fan of the S posture, I really want to pull her shoulders back to make it an even prettier pose.
