In both cases a great handbag adds the right amount of glam to the simplest of looks!
October 12, 2011 at 9:07 am
Her look is very sweet and accessible. I so appreciate seeing pictures of a woman in flats after all of the towering heels.
Love both looks! Especially her hair cut. Short, simple, clean.
October 12, 2011 at 9:09 am
Beautiful! Love a girl in flats – she is lovely and classic. Wonderful photos.

October 12, 2011 at 9:16 am
I do agree, the outfit couldn’t be more simple but at the same time very delicate…
October 12, 2011 at 9:21 am
I love this look. Her look on the second photo speaks refreshing
October 12, 2011 at 9:24 am

Second shot looks like Sonia Bergamasco.
October 12, 2011 at 9:29 am
Great, I love her! Greetings from Switzerland.
She’s adorable! I think she is editor with the Swiss magazine SI Style.

I’m loving how a shoulder bag has been turned into a clutch.

October 12, 2011 at 9:54 am
Love both looks such timeless elegance
October 12, 2011 at 9:55 am
What would you say are the keys to “simple and subtle” style?
October 12, 2011 at 9:56 am
There’s always so much potential and beauty in simplicity and this picture is the living proof of this!
October 12, 2011 at 9:57 am
I like both of these simple outfits and love her haircut!
October 12, 2011 at 10:01 am
I really like her style: to me, she’s simple and kind of city-chic. She pays attention to details and loves simplicity.
October 12, 2011 at 10:02 am
Gorgeous looks! Perfect haircut!
October 12, 2011 at 10:06 am
I love the androgyny of her haircut. Great classic pieces.

We all love COS!
October 12, 2011 at 10:29 am
She looks simple, and subtle, yes she does!
The pictures are nice.
I personally like when the clothes show a bit more of the actual shape of the body, but that is just me.

Call it fashion irony:
a simple and subtle style
has quite the opposite effect on me.
October 12, 2011 at 11:07 am
The second photo she looks like a 1960s film star, perfect.
Lauren’s comment above asked what makes simple and subtle, perhaps it is everything perfectly proportioned and appropriate with one surprise.
October 12, 2011 at 11:24 am
Love the second shot, beautiful bag and hair
She looks very pretty :)
October 12, 2011 at 11:26 am

I think the bag is great
October 12, 2011 at 12:25 pm
Does anyone know who makes that bag?
October 12, 2011 at 12:32 pm
LOVE THE SECOND OUTFIT!
October 12, 2011 at 12:34 pm
I like how she looks, very put together but without a lot of bother.
October 12, 2011 at 12:52 pm
Lovely gentle look. And after all – to my surprise – a very sophisticated!
Love Chloe’s Marcie bag!

October 12, 2011 at 2:13 pm
I adore the last look so simple and chic. She looks so incessant! Lovely bag
October 12, 2011 at 2:21 pm
Simple, subtle and comfortable! Paris, you always get it right…
October 12, 2011 at 2:32 pm
Beautiful outfits, and very nic pics!
Marcie bag really works out for almost everything.
Love the flat shoes too and the white collar shirt.
Kisses from Greece!

classic stile never gets out of fashion
October 12, 2011 at 5:33 pm
were u stalking her…she is adorable…
October 12, 2011 at 5:41 pm
I am not so keen on the first look, a little boring for my taste, however the second look is sweetly sophisticated. Delicate nude pink shirt with black and her ash blonde hair is very flattering!
October 12, 2011 at 6:53 pm
Love the color combination in both looks
October 12, 2011 at 8:24 pm
Your photos in Paris always make me want to move there and live there forever.
October 13, 2011 at 1:30 am
I LOVE these. This is what style is to me–well chosen, flattering, and elegant. I especially love the poise and execution of the second look.
October 13, 2011 at 2:58 am
Elegante, classica, un look raffinato
October 13, 2011 at 5:12 am
Without the handbag clutched to her stomach you would see how boxy the second outfit is – 1:1 proportions are not flattering to anyone. Paris looks wonderful as ever, though
October 13, 2011 at 5:22 am
Can’t decide which photo is better, but she looks wonderful. Especially her hair. I love how feminine short hair can be.
October 13, 2011 at 5:34 am
I just bought this COS dress in the first picture. Amazing.
October 13, 2011 at 8:54 pm
What a beautiful woman! What an unfortunate haircut. While I am a HUGE fan of short hair this just doesn’t do her justice. A few layers would soften the look and frame her face to perfection…
October 14, 2011 at 2:37 pm
Her legs are adorable!
October 14, 2011 at 4:50 pm
The woman in the second photo *must* be related to Julie Christie!

She is simply gorgeous!
October 16, 2011 at 7:58 am
This is the great Sonia Bergamasco! From La Meglio Gioventú!
October 24, 2011 at 6:40 pm
She looks so ‘good’ mid-1980s with her outfits and that blunt haircut
November 3, 2011 at 5:08 pm
she remind me of Maria in the sound of music !
November 5, 2011 at 4:25 am
can’t believe i just found my new hair inspiration, been trying to reinvent it especially for the coming holidays. she looks great and the feminine touch is still there.
