notice that his hand tat, v-neck on the pea coat (and lapels), as well as the shape of his beard all evoke the image of the tip of the spear. Fibonacci has nothing on the geometric impression found in this shot!
Those jackets are v warm, I have a v similar one longer and bit more tapered. Best to buy vintage/2nd hand they don't make them like they use to. The quality of wool i've seen in the most shops are definitely found wanting.
The silhouette does not work at all (my personal taste), and the blue/black combo is never bothersome, but he has a handsome features and I agree with 2 someone else's who commented on his beard and carefully managed hairstyle and his likeness of that of Van Gogh – yet, I am thinking more than Van Gogh – more like the men of that same period – that of the Impressionists, pre, post, etc. There could be no doubt about anything this man could say!
This photo gives me a very interesting feeling. The coat is fab! Love the color. The gentleman looks old and young at the same time, making the image seem vintage yet modern. Very warlike.

Dear Sartorialist, :) I've been really glad to have the chance to see you in Milan (by accident) (I was the guy wearing trench coat who stopped you on the pavement before D&G show) :)

Love the skinny jeans with the wide block effect of the coat and his facial structure. The coat collar, beard and tattoo also echo each other with triangular shapes. He is fantastic.
