Unfortunately the woman wearing this outfit is much younger than the clothes make her appear. From my pov: chic, safe dressing – but looks like her own mother.
hate earrings. HATE. as in "in case you wondered if I was all androgyny, look at my hot pink earrings" reminds me of the goo in theres something about mary. obvi she has access and budget and could have made a much better accessory choice…mcqueen old bulgari tribal ANYTHING
Funny how the earrings are such a hot button. To me, it's the blouse that seems odd and forced–too pastel? too crisp? Like the wrong thrift-store find for the ensemble. Contrast to YSL, where the severity is so much more flattering.
Wow, now this is a true vision of personal style! And there is no androgyny here. Just because a woman chooses not to have tons of boob, leg, high heels, and flowing hair all over the place, doesn't mean she's rockn' a masculine look. She looks super chic, feminine, and sexy… but she's not shoving sexuality and femininity down our throats. TERRIFIC!!!!
I feel like you have so many readers that just one more comment is not going to make much of an impact. BUT, I do want you to know that your photographs inspire me everyday!! Every time I see that you've updated on my my blog roll, I'm sure I'm the first one here to check it out. Your work and your life are beautiful. Thank you for providing such perspective on personal style and beauty from around the world. You are seriously wonderful, WONDERFUL.
When I first looked at it I thought…this must be Paris! Very nice photograph Scott.
She looks absolutely amazing. I love to wear menswear and combine it with extremely feminine pieces. Such as earrings and a handbag.
I have been looking for the perfect handbag for a long time. One which I could wear with everything, to any occasion. So it is worth the investment. Which brings me to the following….
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS STUNNING CELINE BAG?
I wish I could go shopping in Paris today for something with a fabulous color. It's the shirt that set off that comment. But I do think you see amazing colors there in clothes and accessories. I wonder why?
Some commenters are just so harsh! She's a beautiful human being, why be cruel about what she chooses to wear?
I love the fact that she comes off as confident; that intense expression of hers really tops his whole outfit off. I love the spring floral paired with a winter sweater!

The navy blue top is beautiful and just as a few posts ago where the colors were leopard and navy, I just love it when people wear navy with a colorful print. I would have liked it more if she had not worn any earrings at all. But she is just gorgeous, great hair cut as well.
