Ok so not a fan of the outfit, but very much a fan of her daringness. Also, this blurred street behind really makes me dream of New York. Somehow very escapist for a little londoner like me.
Ok, I know this is a quite serious streetstyle blog, that everyone comments on style, proportions, textures and that it has an amazing phtographs. But I have to say this: the first thing I thought when I saw this particular picture was “Tiiiiiiiininini-tiniiii-ni-Can’t touch this!”
Yeah, MC Hammer! Anyway, your pictures always remind me of music. I don’t know why, but they do. And I love it.
:-)
Her trousers are incredible! I really love how she has combined the volume of the trousers with the simple fit of her top. She manages to look stylish rather than clownish.
I remember these tops from the late 90s/early 2000s! Always up for a good revival, and I couldn’t really wear them at 13-ish anyway. I’m old enough now!
Halter tops! I haven’t seen these since the ’70′s. And those baggy pants. I had a pair like these in the ’70′s as well. They were wonderful. She looks tops.
Love her look! Girls wear tiny tops and show skin in a much more elegant way than they do in LA. Looking forward to my trip to New York next month. Always get inspired by NYC women!

secondly, you transport me to new york with all your pictures..i love every one of ‘em..i can sit anywhere in the world and feel like i am in new york and i am new york!
this girl..has it so sorted..so effortless and uber cool!
she looks so relaxed, breezy, and just an overall essence I want to capture for myself! Thank you for this photo, I can feel summer nearing closer…Berlin- where is the sun?! Glad to see things heating up in NYC
I am so moved by all of the wonderful comments people make on your site. It is true..Your photos are so masterfully done..but what touches me most are the lovely and positive responses to the everyday, real faces and clothing of people on the street all over the world. Hardly, do I read a negative comment. When there is so much criticism and low self-image in this world, it is such a breath of hope to read that beauty is all around and in so many forms. Thank You..Appreciation and kindness should always be in style.
well…not a fan of the “look” at all, I think it’s terrible in fact, but what really stands out to me is her terrible posture. Mind you I do love her beauriful red hair and she seems to have an oddly serene look on her face. The image as whole is quite pleasing too…as usual!
