I actually like the male's outfit more. His sweater is so interesting – the stripes and the cable knit seems to pop out at me. But I do love that woman's maxi dress (or is it skirt?)!
I do recall seeing these couple on here… they are so lovely. Like a beatnik/hippie couple. I like his sweater. Men's sweaters are so much better than women's!
I scrolled back to find this couple again because I've seen them in another photo, but couldn't find them. Anyway, they are striking together. He looks much more approachable now.
I've been here once, not going back again. The sweater on the young woman is nice, especially the detail at the wrist. But I don't like the obvious "Hippi" look here with the "whatever dress" and clunky shoes. All she needs is dirty hair and she could be standing on the corner in Haight Ashbury circa 1962. I do like the young mans outfit, fantastic. The weather is really turning cool quickly this year. The background with the autumn leaves is lovely. Beautifully composed shot!
so truly stylish- unlike the Ackermann clothes which would be very hard to figure out how to put on let alone wear without falling some things can be art without being wearable and some things are absurd
The photo itself is beautifully composed, and I love their looks (except for his hat)–each of them clearly has a style of his/her own and works it. Her look is particularly interesting–it's built on overall harmony of tone/mood and aesthetic, not "matching" per se, so it works in a more interesting way then most ensembles do.
These two are such outstanding characters. Their very own style tending to vintage is unique and evocative and suits them so perfectly. Again you've captured an expression that makes us wonder what's going on with them. Wonderful photos to look at.
Um, we did see them. He had on the same shoes and the same hat, a green shirt and black pants. She was wearing a dress that was long and flowing. They looked like they were fighting and it was in New York.
aren't they the couple on one of last post photos whch was taken at west 63rd st in New York?? i think i remember her!! now they are in Paris^^ lovely knits!
How does that hat stay perched on his head like that? I expect it to fall off at any second! I love how casually put together they are. I see them just sitting in a coffee shop and happily letting the world pass them by.
Hey. Amazing. I was just listening to 'For Lovers' by Wolfman and Pete Doherty. It just sticks so well to this image. The feel of it. A cute, innocent, song for a cute, innocent, excentric couple. I don't know why. It just fits! Listen to it! PLease!!
Mmm… Is this gay from Russia? His look is our national specialty. 20 years ago a lot of people in Russia had such kind of sweaters. But it's awfull look, I can't translate it from russian? because it's so specifik words.
